This is a Yamaha Genuine Star product, that is discontinued from Yamaha. This item is the PASSENGER FLOORBOARD MOUNT ADAPTER PLATE KIT, part number 5S7-F47D0-U0. This fits on a 2009-2014 V-Star 950
per the instructions this plate kit needs to be used with the floorboard mount kit (p/n 5S7-F47D0-V0), if installing without saddle bag mounts.
