I found this old watch fob in one of my dad's cigar boxes of collectibles. Researched the company and found the above interesting info on wiki about The Abbott Alkaloidal Co. of Chicago/PURITY, ACCURACY, GUARANTEED. There's also info on the back that reads: Our Platform: The Smallest Possible Quantity Of The Best Obtainable Means To Produce A Desired

The leather strap is broken and cracked, old and dirty looking. The fob itself shows lots of wear from use with use. Seems to have been someone's favorite. The fob itself looks like it was chrome covered brass but I don't really know. I'm selling this "as is" and hoping it finds a new interesting home that will appreciates it's vintage heritage.
