Each individual D Cell battery holder can be interconnected using the handy slide tab terminals to create different voltages when configured in a series configuration. In a series configuration (joined together top to bottom), they will deliver up to 6 Volts (each cell added increases voltage by 1.5V). These have a variety of uses and are at home in the workshop or classroom. Simple, intuitive and easy to use.
