    Description

    PLANTERS PEANUT SQUARE JAR. Glass Mold Blown. Peanut on Lid. VTG. 1930's ( I can vouch for this because my parents owned a bar before I was born in the 1930's and this was used in that establishment).  Weight 6 lbs;  Square bottom 7 x7x 7 inches.  Height to top of handle 10 inches.  The word :"PLANTERS" on each of the 4 sides.  "Made in USA" on base.  Handle has a glass peanut at top. ( not Mr. Peanut).
    Flaws:  Stress fracture in lid ( see pic.). Chip on rim 3/4 x 1/4 inches.  Smaller palpable chips.  6" curvi-linear mold wrinkle on bottom ( not a crack).
