Planters Peanut Original Planters Streamline Jar
This jar was manufactured in the United States for Planters Peanuts in 1937.
"Planters" is embossed on the front of the jar from the upper left to the lower right. "Pat. Appld.For Streamline Jar Made in U.S.A." is embossed on the bottom of the jar.  "Planters Peanuts" is painted on the upper and lower part of the back of the jar.  The jar is in excellent condition. It has bubbles and straw marks in accordance with glass making of the time. There are no chips or cracks. It is a beauty!
It has a tin lid. The lid is in very good condition. There is a little wear but it is very nice. Please refer to the photos. There is a small amount of rust on the inside of the lid.
I have had this jar in my collection for many years. We are in the process of downsizing so I need to sell some of my treasures.
