Original Vintage Planters Peanuts Glass Display Jar

For your consideration a vintage Planter's Peanuts glass jar. The jar is made of glass and the advertising is raised.  It measures approximately 8 inches square by 13 inches in height with the lid on. An excellent addition to any advertising or Planters Peanuts collection.
In terms of the actual history of the jar I can verify that this was purchased in the early 1980s and has been in my personal collection for approximately 40 years.  I have seen other similar jars go in excess of 0 on ebay however they all claim that the jar is from the 1930s or 1940s.  I have researched the jar and cannot find a definitive source online to guarantee the jar is from the 1930s and 1940s era however it is entirely possible that is the case.  Please do your own research before you bid as I am being as completely transparent as I can be as I have no idea how old the jar actually is.
