Worn once out of box. I have a wide foot and I ordered these online since they were a medium width. I wanted to love these shoes so badly. They are just too narrow for my comfort. I took them out to “break them in” on a 5 mile hike through water and forest. The Vibram grip is awesome, the shoe is light and agile, and this seemed to be the perfect shoe for my canyoneering trip. Too tight, though once my foot swelled a bit. Would be perfect shoe for a normal or medium width foot.
Merrell has a no return policy on work items.
I cleaned them up and removed any dirt from first hike. Aside from a few marks on tread, they look brand new.
