Interlake Gravity Flow Racking Conveyor System 8ft Replacement Roller Sticks
These are the 1" x 1" x 8ft (I think around 92 or 94" long, I can measure the exact length if you need me to).
They are for Interlake brand Carton Flow Racks, and were extras kept in case we needed to replace rollers, or add more rollers to support the cartons. There are approximately 350 rollers, about 12-18 dividers, and 8 to 12 support bars (for 8ft wide Interlake carton flow racking trays), and about 6 8 ft carton flow racking end pieces.
The number of rollers that you need per carton is a combination of the width of the box, the weight of the box, and how long the box will be sitting on the rollers, before it moves. Sometimes you need more rollers to make everything flow smoothly. Sometimes they get damaged, and rollers need replaced. New replacements are about each! Our price is less than each, and includes other spare parts.
You can count the pieces, as the pictures show the 2 pallets that they will be shipped on.
The rollers are used, but in good shape for moving cartons.
The last 2 pictures show they style racking that these pieces were installed in, so you can see how they were installed. The full racking is not included, only the parts on the 2 skids shown.
They will have to be shipped freight, or you can pick them up with a truck/trailer. Buyer arranges and pays for shipping, we can help get a quote if needed, through Freightquote.
