    Description

Archerkit Electronic Photorelay Detection System, Cat. No. 28-4018, from 1972. Makes an invisible light beam that when broken can trigger a flashing light and.or an alarm noise.
Missing instruction/assembly instructions booklet and 1 part!
    Kit is new and unassembled,
    but missing a part
, the stand for one of the photocells to sit on top of. You can still assemble the little barrel shaped photocell unit and use it, but it doesn't have its proper stand. An examination of the parts list on the side of the box does not show any other parts to be missing. The only other thing of note is the back half of the case has some kind of wear; the buzzer and its wires came preinstalled, so It is probably from the buzzer wires "melting" into the plastic, or was just molded that way; front and back of case is bright and shiny and has no signs of wear. Includes warranty card and kit kues tip booklet,
but does not include assembly instructions.
The photocell stand is shown in picture 4, to the right of the blue buzzer. The second one of these is missing.
A really nice old kit, sold at a big discount due to missing photocell stand! A nice Radio Shack collectible as well.
Please note this is an old electronics kit made 50 years ago. I can't warranty how well or how long the capacitors will work (they are replaceable, however.) No returns on this item, sold as-is!
