    A very scarce and underrated proof with an estimated 40 to 60 known. This is a very attractive coin with flashy mint luster and a faint champagne glow. The fields are very deeply mirrored and the design has modest frost. There are no significant marks and the eye appeal is exceptional. Including 'cameo' designated coins; PCGS has only graded 4 numerically finer.
